(A bill to be added to the Executive Powers stunt after the Dream Act failed, and then got shoved down our throats by “Dear Leader.”)

A response to news article printed by FOX News on April 15th, 2013

Millions of illegal immigrants would be put on a pathway to legal status and eventually have the chance to apply for citizenship in exchange for paying fines and taxes, under the terms of the immigration overhaul being unveiled this week. Should we put down “tax day”, April 15th, 2013 as another “sellout day” by the Republican party. We already know which party drew this up and clearly know which party can stop it.

The massive legalization program would be twinned with a multibillion-dollar effort to boost border security. Yeah, right – we’ve heard that before, remember Reagan? Notice that there are no specifics on WHEN this fence or border security is to begin or be completed.

They would remain in that provisional status for 10 years, able to work legally but barred from federal benefits like welfare or health care. OOOPS, what a screwup! The Obamacare Health Bill was created to give 30 million insurance-less (20 million illegals) insurance. After 10 years they could seek green cards conferring permanent legal status, provided (what a word to use in these uncertain times) the security and fencing plans have been “substantially” (this word makes you feel good, doesn’t it?) carried out. After another three years, those immigrants could petition for citizenship.

In total, the bill creates a minimum 13-year path to citizenship for up to 11 million illegal immigrants, costing them each $2,000 in fines plus additional fees. Applicants would have to meet other criteria as well in order to qualify. As if they’re ever going to pay the $2000 in fines or additional fee’s! About that “other criteria” – you mean things like “no criminal record” or “not already on government subsistence” – hehehehe, you crack me up:) roflmao! Perhaps the government could use Drones as an enforcement tool for collection on these fines and to ensure the other criteria. To date, enforcement of illegal alien laws that are already on the books, has been such an extreme success, that I don’t see how our nation could go wrong. I mean, they’re serious this time, right?

Let’s keep an eye out for the brain trusts in DC that push this thru on our nation, and do the appropriate voting in 2014-16! Oh that’s right, we as a people totally messed up our end of things in 2012 – NEVER MIND!

There was a time when a salesman had the sky as the limit for an income ceiling. If he needed more money – he simply worked more hours and made more sales and all was good. Then the laws on how many hours you could work came into play. The company said “no more” right before they said “I’m sorry but there are cutbacks and we have to let you go.”

9/11/2001 – The Attack on America, and nothing was the same afterwards. It wasn’t that the terrorists defeated America – Hell, America defeated America. The political parties tore the country apart with their finger pointing accusations about every little thing they could conjure up. The people started siding with political parties and our once proud nation was nothing more than a bunch of pissed off citizens that blamed each other. Talk about wild burros that back into a circle and start kicking when the wolves are circling!

The Real Estate Market Bubble Burst – and the slings and arrows flew.

The Auto Industry went under or sold out to foreign countries and the Labor Unions became whores for change. America was no longer the #1 Automaker in the World and retired autoworkers got screwed out of their rightful retirement incomes. Detroit fell further into the ruins than ever.

More jobs were shipped overseas than at any other period in our history.

Unemployment ran up to as high as 25% but no one in the media would tell the truth except Fox news and they tempered it so as not to sound crazy. But we knew what the real deal was.

American Tax Dollars were stolen by our government to BAIL OUT Wall Street and other to big to fail insurance agencies – not to mention FOREIGN BANKS around the globe that got shored up on Americans backs. Can’t have the NEW WORLD ORDER Banks and Financial Institutions failing as long as Americans have income that can be taxed.

Our country can’t patch our own streets or build schools and hospitals but we can damn sure do it for countries that hate us in the Middle East. Now add all of the above and then some, to the mix of divided American attitudes on racial equality, caused by the Barrack Obama election, (cause we certainly do need change) and you have one helluva explosive mixture for the boiling pot in America.

Obama and the Democrat Party instilled the new corporate killing Obama Healthcare laws on the small business people, the backbone of Americas’ workforce. Many go out of business because of it. The Administration increases the amount businesses must pay the workers by jacking up the minimum wage. Wages and Healthcare cost are scaring the hell out of small businessmen while large corporations are busy moving overseas to escape tax laws and buy cheaper labor.

Ok that’s one tip of the iceberg – now lets look at its wake! Huge amounts of totally ruined Americans in the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s age bracket. These people are setting records for unemployment checks and food stamps collection. They’re too young for social security and only have so much savings to burn thru in a couple of years. The 401K is gone, unemployment has run out, their house is underwater or foreclosed on and no one wants to hire them with that head full of white hair. Age discrimination – that thing that is against the law, but no one can prove, is ALIVE AND WELL in America. Ever so slowly these people start getting cut off from the only lifeline they have and families start splitting up. Divorce and just being tired of being looked down upon over a situation that you did not create, becomes more than two people can take.

The house and spouse are gone, and single men and women continue to struggle and get by with the help of some friends and churches – but no one knows how long they can make it. Meanwhile congress argues over allowing people to invest their money into accounts for old age! These people don’t have money or jobs that pay into social security and the amounts they will be paid when they come of age is shrinking every month due to lack of contribution.

BUT THE STOCK MARKET IS BACK!!!!!

Yep, these corporations that laid off 50% of the their employees and cut the money for the ones lucky enough to keep a job are now back to selling stock for the same money they were at before it all went away back in 2009. So, do we cuss them or build them a shrine while we lick our wounds and wonder where we went wrong in our childhood and career choices.

So many people have lost the house, job, car, the savings along with 401K retirement money and just about everything they ever worked for. They dye their hair to look youthful (if they can pull it off) and try to get a job that pays half of what they used to make. Some are lucky to find that kind of opportunity, while others still hold out hope that our nation will wake up and do something about the downhill slide we’re in. Most are resigned to the fact that our once great country is gone but they will vote to try and make a difference.

WE have people walking around looking for work with Bachelors, Masters and PHD’S that can’t find an employer that will take them. The corporations use the degree as a way to discriminate and cull the herds of hungry workers crowding their HR departments every day. These corporations have the audacity to ask for a person to have a Masters Degree to sell products, like groceries, or Timeshare. They don’t really want that degree so much as they would prefer to scare the 20’something high school or college dropout out of the room. They will not hire the elderly white haired gentleman that could replace the person that hired him – He’s a threat. Get rid of those guys as they represent the unemployment line for present day bosses or managers when they get hired and outshine their superiors.

All of this because Americans felt sorry for a disadvantaged black man that gave good speeches! Never mind where he was born, or his Faith, that sides with Americas sworn present day enemies. His lack of leadership ability or earned right to even be a President of our country be damned. America felt it was time to go all apologetic for the sins of our Great-Great-Great Grandfathers, that they perpetrated upon hyphenated Americans in our country and figured making one of them our president should just about do the trick.

Well ain’t that special?

Now you don’t just have a problem with the UNEMPLOYED, but instead you also have a huge elephant in the room concerning what you’re going to do with all those non- retired seniors. Perhaps the answer to that is only 3 years away when the politicians will need their votes to stay in office during the 2016 election, Our citizens are a hardy bunch and by that time America will celebrate 10 years of drowning in their own shit.

So ask someone, where did the House, Job and Future go? Can you handle the truth? Does it matter to you? Do you have a living wage job for them? How about a box of doughnuts and a cup of coffee? You’re going to see this same situation for the rest of your life.

CHANGE and lost HOPE – A poem for the 21st Century

So I lost my job

I lost my house

I took the penalty for early withdrawal on my 401K

I received unemployment until it ran out

The house I was renting was foreclosed on and I moved

The next house was foreclosed on and I moved again.

The part time job that barely put food on the table laid me off.

The car went without needed repairs and now is worthless

My credit rating is such that I can’t get another one.

They’re short selling the condo I rented – got to go

How’s the last few years of your life been?

God Bless you Brother!

I have a few thousand invested in suits and sports coats hanging in the closet along with nice dress shirts, slacks, ties and the best dress shoes available. Guess it could be said that I look like a million dollars waiting on REAL CHANGE, because the hope was totally wasted.

See you at the top!

Some people have reasons for the things that they do – other people make excuses for the same things. You need to give an excuse or a reason only in two types of situations- one, where you were supposed to do something but ended up with something else and two, where you were not able to do the required activity at all and need some explanation to get you out of the embarrassment, or to make others see why it wasn’t your fault and you should not be blamed for it.

Let’s take a look at the last four years of can-kicking, and the situations that put lawmakers in the fiscal dogpile they’re in today:

The National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform aka ‘Bowles-Simpson’

Feb. 23, 2009: After winning passage of his $787 billion stimulus bill shortly after taking office, with a Democrat Congress firmly in control in both houses, President Obama announces that he’s set the goal of cutting the deficit in half by the end of his first term. The deficit that year would ultimately hit $1.4 trillion.

Feb. 18, 2010: Obama signs an Executive Order creating the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform, a panel whose goal is to explore deficit reduction. Obama taps former White House Chief of Staff Erskine Bowles, a Democrat, and former Wyoming Sen. Alan Simpson, a Republican, to lead it. In a statement, Obama says Washington has avoided the “tough choices” for “far too long.”

Dec. 1, 2010: After a series of meetings and 9 months of preparation, the committee produces a plan that aims to cut the deficit by $4 trillion over 10 years. It includes a mix of spending cuts and revenue increases.

Dec. 3, 2010: The deficit commission votes on the plan, with 11 of the 18 members supporting it. That majority, though, is not strong enough to force a vote in Congress on the proposal. Despite statements of support for the plan, it effectively stays on the drawing board. The Commission’s proposals are not guaranteed to be considered by Congress in a single up-or-down vote, although then-Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid pledged to bring its recommendations for an up or down vote.

Bush tax rates, payroll tax cut

December 2010: As the “Bowles-Simpson” plan fails to get out of committee, lawmakers on Capitol Hill battle over whether and how to extend the expiring Bush-era tax rates. Republicans threaten to block all bills until the issue is settled. In a preview of the debate that will resurface in two years, Republicans want all the rates extended, while Democrats want to increase taxes on top earners.

Dec. 16, 2010: Congress approves a two-year extension of the Bush tax rates. The package also includes an extension of long-term unemployment aid and a 2-point cut in the Social Security payroll tax rate. Congress and the unemployed celebrate resoundingly.

Debt ceiling fight

Summer 2011: Republicans use a looming vote on raising the debt ceiling to demand significant deficit-reduction measures in return. This leads to behind-the-scenes talks between President Obama and House Speaker John Boehner, with talk of a “grand bargain” in the making. Ultimately, those talks fail despite both sides making concessions on tax hikes and entitlement cuts.

July 31, 2011: The White House and congressional Republicans reach a deal that will allow for a vote on the debt ceiling, in turn avoiding the first-ever U.S. government default. The deal, though, delegates many tough decisions to a new committee. Here comes the birth of the Super Committee.

Aug. 2, 2011: Hours before the Treasury is expected to exhaust ways to pay all the nation’s bills, Obama signs the Budget Control Act, which had just passed Congress, into law. The law, in its first phase, calls for $900 billion in spending cuts over the next 10 years. But it also tasks a new “super committee” with finding another $1.2 trillion-$1.5 trillion in deficit reduction by the end of the year. As an incentive for the committee to reach a deal, lawmakers included in the package a provision that would trigger sweeping defense and other domestic cuts if the committee’s recommendations are not finished and approved by the end of the year. (SEQUESTRATION – better known as the FISCAL CLIFF)

Super committee failure

Sept. 8, 2011: The 12-member, bipartisan super committee holds its first meeting, with lawmakers stressing the importance of reaching a deal.

Nov. 21, 2011: Just two months after they started, leaders of the so-called super committee announce they are unable to reach an agreement, with disputes over tax hikes and entitlement spending keeping the two sides apart. The super committee quietly dissolves. There is no deal. The automatic spending cuts are set in motion. The first wave of $109 billion in cuts is set to kick in starting Jan. 2, 2013.

Fiscal crisis talks

Feb. 17, 2012: Faced with the expiration of the payroll tax cut, Congress votes again to extend it. As part of the deal, the cut is not offset by budget cuts or tax increases elsewhere. Both the payroll tax rates and Bush tax rates are now on course to expire on Jan. 1, 2013.

November/December 2012: After effectively hitting pause on all talks while the presidential and congressional campaigns played out, lawmakers scramble in the lame-duck session of Congress to avert the spending cuts and tax hikes that are now set in place by law. Though some hoped the results of the election would crystallize negotiations and make way for a smooth compromise, this does not happen.

Kicking the can … again?

2013, and beyond: If there is a deal, it’s possible lawmakers will again punt the toughest decisions to 2013 and beyond. Indeed the White House proposal, which Republicans have rejected, calls for discussions about tax reform and entitlement cuts to take place as part of a “Stage 2.”

http://hobnobblog.com/congress-by-the-numbers/congressional-schedules/

After looking at the so called work schedule or “days off” calendar, consider how hard these men and women worked for the last 4 years trying to prevent this financial boogdoggle. Stunned, aren’t you? If you ran your own company in such a manner and lost money, would you be shocked? How many of your managers would be fired? Who wants to be the first person to step up and say this is all taken out of context and that it doesn’t work like that?

So what is it – Excuses or Reasons?

The two scenarios below are the best explanations that I have heard, as to how the Romney campaign and the Republican Party managed to lose the best “sure bet” in the history of politics. Of course there are now, and will continue to be logical stories printed for the next year on this subject as extra tidbits of information leak out as it always does. If Karl Rove is truly guilty of these accusations, then I would have to hold him in the same contempt as the national campaign manager Matt Rhoades. All evidence of this political disaster now point to personal greed and ineptitude, which make the people that stated prior to the Tampa convention, that “Romney can’t win” correct. In order for the Republican Party to ever win again in the future, they will not only have to vet the best candidate, but the RNC Chair and Campaign Manager as well. Yes I know that Karl Rove was not the RNC Chairman, but the one the Republicans have is so inadequate that it only makes the story about Rove probable.

There Is A Brutal Civil War In The GOP, And It Looks Like Karl Rove Will Be The First Casualty

Grassroots Republican operatives and Movement conservatives are quickly turning against the GOP Establishment in the wake of the party’s expensive defeat this election cycle. Republicans we spoke to this week voiced a near-universal disgust with the national Republican Party leaders and Washington political class, who are seen as having put their personal financial interest above winning the election.

As this internal struggle gathers steam, the first target appears to be Karl Rove, the former Bush campaign mastermind who has dictated much of the GOP’s strategy over the past decade.

In the wake of the party’s 2012 losses, however, Rove and his well-funded American Crossroads super PAC have become a symbol of misguided Establishment strategy, party cronyism, and Beltway bloat. The fall from grace is perhaps unsurprising, given his group’s disastrous performance this cycle. According to a new report, American Crossroads got a mere 1% return on its $104 million investment in 2012 races.

For social conservatives, Rove’s treason began long before election day, when the FOX News contributor led the party’s tar-and-feathering of Missouri Senate candidate Todd Akin, who came under fire for his now infamous “legitimate rape” comments. The party’s perceived betrayal of Akin confirmed what many grassroots conservative activists had long suspected: That the Republican Establishment was willing to throw the base under the bus to serve the interests of deep-pocketed donors.

Chief among Rove’s critics is David Lane, a powerful evangelical kingmaker and conservative operative who organizes briefings between pastors and politicians. In an email obtained by Business Insider, Lane lays out his criticism of Rove and sets the stage clearly for the coming war between the GOP Establishment and the party base.

Lane writes:

Karl Rove presents a different problem — while [evangelical leaders] are politically naive (from my angle) — Karl is not, he’s as shrewd as a serpent.

Karl is far more formidable…in the presidential Republican primary in 12′, Karl stepped on Rick Perry and then Newt Gingrich every chance he got — albeit with deceit and sophistication — and elevated Mitt Romney at strategic, crucial points along their way to the Republican nomination — Rove’s candidate.

As an example of how sophisticated Rove is…Karl Rove was out raising money to keep Santorum alive until they could kill Newt — Santorum basically ran for Governor of Iowa in 2011, visiting all 99 counties; Santorum, out of Iowa, had no organization, no money and no chance in 2012 to be the Republican nominee; he was only a stalking horse for Mitt Romney — Rove kept Santorum alive until he could kill Rick Perry first, and then Newt Gingrich.

It’s instructive to note that Santorum placed 3rd in the South Carolina Presidential Primary the third week of January, and placed 3rd again the next week in Florida — yet Rove [by encouraging GOP donors to donate Santorum] was able to parlay two third place finishes into a $1M shot of money to keep Santorum alive…this is political gamesmanship on a whole other level, plus access to unlimited money.

That FOX News and the The Wall Street Journal worked out a hefty financial contract with Karl Rove is of no concern to me, Karl has every right to be paid well and — like me —participate in the political process. But giving Karl Rove the perch as a neutral analyst and an unbiased observer — honest broker — when in reality Karl is driven by his desire to enhance his clients and/or personal interests — corrupts the process.

Being whipsawed…[by] Karl Rove & the GOP chieftains and lieutenants has to be dealt with on our way toward 2016.

Attacks on the GOP Establishment and Washington political class have not been limited to Rove. In a post leading the conservative site RedState this weekend, the Romney campaign is accused of being a “con job,” in which consultants spun “false data as truth in order to paint a rosy picture of a successful campaign as a form of job security.”

The feeling that Republicans were duped by their own is echoed around the conservative blogosphere, as right-leaning writers, activists, and the party’s rank-and-file collectively process how the GOP lost an election that less than a year ago looked to be in the bag.

http://www.businessinsider.com/karl-rove-gop-money-civil-war-republicans-2012-11#ixzz2C3vaULe1

AND THEN THERE’S THE INSIDE STORY OF HOW THE ROMNEY CAMPAIGN FAILED SO MISERABLY.

Insiders Explain How Mitt Romney’s Campaign Completely Fell Apart On Election Day

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/mitt-romneys-campaign-completely-fell-195408549.html

As conservatives search for an explanation for Mitt Romney’s loss, much of the blame has been directed at the collapse of his campaign’s Election Day get out the vote efforts, a massive organizational failure that resulted in lower Republican turnout than even John McCain got in 2008.

A major source of Romney’s GOTV problems appears to have been the disastrous Project ORCA, an expensive technological undertaking that was supposed to provide the campaign with real-time poll monitoring that would allow Republicans to target GOTV efforts on Election Day.

In the week leading up to the election, Romney campaign spokesperson Andrea Saul told Business Insider that ORCA was ”the Republican Party’s newest, most technologically advanced plan to win the 2012 election,” touting it as the game-changer that would blow even the Obama campaign’s sophisticated GOTV system out of the water.

But on almost all counts, ORCA failed miserably. In a fascinating piece for Ace of Spades, Romney poll-watcher John Ekdahl describes a perfect storm of technology problems that made the ORCA app unusable and left scores of Republican volunteers ” wandering around confused and frustrated” on Election Day.

Worse still, Ekdahl told Business Insider that the Romney campaign failed to provide poll-watching volunteers in his region — Jacksonville, Florida, a key Republican city in a major swing state — with proper credentials and accurate voter strike lists, rendering them unable to perform their duties even if the ORCA app had worked.

In interviews with Business Insider last week, sources close to the Romney campaign confirmed Ekdahl’s account, and described a technological undertaking that failed at every level. According to several of these sources, ORCA was developed by a small, isolated tech team working under Romney’s political team. These sources told Business Insider that the product was never properly beta-tested, and wasn’t revealed to the rest of the campaign — including the digital team — until the week of the election.

Most people on the campaign “weren’t that surprised” by ORCA’s failure, said one Republican communications strategist close to the Romney campaign.

“They wouldn’t let anyone outside of Romney political circle in on it until basically November 6,” the strategist said. “The digital strategy was so incomprehensible — they were playing Super Nintendowhile Obama’s people had PS3.”

“Their priorities were so screwed up — [they were] hypersensitive about information security, but also wanted to use the best technology they could,” the strategist continued. “In the end they got neither. They put out a laughable GOTV product.”

And the Romney campaign’s Election Day problems weren’t limited to ORCA.

Another Republican activist, an attorney in Hamilton County, Ohio who declined to be named for fear of “burning bridges,” told Business Insider that the campaign’s GOTV organization in that crucial swing county completely collapsed in the weeks leading up to the election.

In an interview last week, the attorney, one of the “Lawyers for Romney” who volunteered to help the campaign’s legal team by watching the polls on Election Day, described how the Romney campaign sent its legal volunteers the wrong training information, failed to provide volunteers with information about where they were supposed to be on Election Day, and stopped responding to phone calls and emails in the final two weeks of the campaign.

“It was basically a disaster,” the attorney said. “They never explained what we were supposed to be doing — where we were supposed to start, where we were supposed to end, what I was supposed to do at the end of the night — they didn’t explain any of it…. A month before, you couldn’t get a phone call or an email answered.”

“Four out of eight of my polling places didn’t have a poll observer,” the attorney continued. “How you don’t even get people credentialed properly is beyond my comprehension.”

The Romney campaign did not respond to Business Insider’s request for comment on the campaign’s Election Day issues.

While we may never know what really happened inside the Romney campaign’s Election Day collapse, the Ohio attorney’s story, taken with the accounts from Ekdahl and people close to the Romney campaign, paint a picture of a campaign in disarray.

It appears that in its singular focus on competing technologically with the Obama campaign, the Romney team neglected to adequately account for and organize the essential human element necessary to any grassroots undertaking. Thus when its technological efforts failed, the campaign was left without a Plan B, and its volunteers were forced to fly blind at the moment the campaign needed them most.

“I think sometimes people get enamored of technology and they take people out of the mixture because its easier,” Republican strategist Dave Carney told Business Insider. “I think there’ll be a lot of soul-searching and review of those processes and see what really makes a difference.”

J. O’Rourke and published in 1991. It was a brilliant and scathing critique of the American system of governance from a conservative perspective.

To me it does not seem so funny anymore.

Who would have imagined in 1991 that O’Rourke’s title would have provided an appropriate epitaph for the beginning of the downfall of the United States?

The American republic has entered the first stage of decline. It has become a totalitarian democracy, a political system described by Israeli historian J. L. Talmon, in which lawfully elected representatives rule a nation state whose citizens, although granted the right to vote, have little or no participation in the decision-making process of government.

In every sense of the term, we have a rogue government, which has been hijacked by an oligarchy composed of a self-serving permanent political class, supported by an obsequious press and financed by and beholden to wealthy special interests in order to pursue personal power and profit at the expense of ordinary Americans; the very people who pay the nation’s bills and fight her wars.

Politicians buy votes with our money, steal more money from our wallets and then repeat the process. It is a method designed to reward special interests in return for kickbacks in the form of campaign funding and other benefits in order to maintain themselves as permanent political parasites in Washington, D.C.

Most Americans now realize that Barack Hussein Obama is an empty suit, an individual totally unprepared for the responsibilities of the Presidency, but shaped and directed by others to undermine traditional American values, disrupt our economy and instigate class and racial conflict with the aim of making the United States vulnerable to control by foreign entities and hostile ideologies.

The anti-American forces backing Obama have successfully exploited politicians’ greed and lust for power, their susceptibility to be intimidated by political correctness and their overall lack of integrity and intestinal fortitude.

Members of Congress are not leaders by any stretch of the imagination. They are frightened rabbits constantly sniffing the air for any scent of controversy that might endanger their comfortable lifestyles and lucrative pensions.

We are experiencing, in real-time, the destruction of the Constitution and a flagrant disregard for the rule of law by Congress, the courts and government bureaucrats, who are deliberately hiding the truth about Obama from the American people.

Corrupt politicians and their collaborators in the mainstream media contemptuously believe that they can conceal the greatest Constitutional crisis since the Civil War with an organized campaign of disinformation and by blocking any legal avenues that honest citizens want to pursue.

Our president is a Constitutionally illegal President, who has forged his birth documents and his Selective Service registration. He has committed identity theft by using a Social Security Number that was not issued to him.

Why, for example, has no hospital in Hawaii provided verification that Obama was born there?

Our elected representatives, the courts and federal law enforcement agencies all know the truth. Yet they have violated their oaths of office to support and defend the Constitution and renounced their responsibility to uphold the rule of law. Some have committed Misprision of Felony by actively engaging in a cover-up of the presidents crimes.

Congress, the courts and federal law enforcement officials are intentionally preventing an investigation into the presidents crimes because it would reveal that our government is complicit in this outrageous fraud against the American people, is riddled with corruption and operates solely for the benefit of a selfish and powerful few.

The politically-incestuous, incompetent, faux-leaders in Congress will continue to posture and position themselves, cut secret deals, nod and wink at each other.

When the American people demand accountability and challenge the power of the political establishment through grass roots citizen groups like the Tea Party, the Republican and Democratic Parties join the mainstream media to ridicule or condemn them as “Hobbits”, “racists” and “extremists.”

To the political royalty, Americans are no longer citizens of a republic, but serfs. They not only ignore our petitions for the redress of grievances and treat our views with disdain, but they have declared war on us.

The loyalty of the American people is to our country and our Constitution, not to criminal officeholders, partisan judges and submissive bureaucrats.

They have all forfeited their privilege to represent us or participate in our government.

It is those totalitarian officials, who compel us to stand our ground, not against our Constitution, but against those who pervert our Constitution.

If the president is permitted to contest the 2012 election, it will be the most deceitful, hate-filled and violent in U.S. history. It is part of his campaign strategy to mobilize illegal immigrant “voters” as one element of a racially- and ethnically-based coalition supplemented by foreign financing, racist flash mobs, union thugs and anti-American radicals.

If we do not confront the presidents usurpation of power, investigate his crimes and expose those officials protecting him, our silence will be construed as an endorsement of permanent political corruption in Washington, D.C. and an abdication of our Constitutional rights.

The government has placed itself squarely in opposition to the American people.

It is time to heed the words of John F. Kennedy:

“Today, we need a nation of Minutemen, citizens who are not only prepared to take arms, but citizens who regard the preservation of freedom as the basic purpose of their daily life.”

How I became George Obama’s ‘brother’

Ok, Ok – before you become totally unhinged and start thinking that this is just another ‘hate piece’ or some conspiracy by the right wing establishment to take down Barack Obama: CONSIDER THE SOURCE! The below blog was written by Dinesh D’Souza – the man that is blowing the lid off of some of the best kept secrets of the President of the United States.

Dinesh D’Souza – who is he?

He was born April 25, 1961 – is an Indian American conservative political commentator, public intellectual, author, and Christian apologist who is currently the President of The King’s College in New York City. Prior to his presidency at King’s he was Robert and Karen Rishwain Research Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. D’Souza is a prominent voice in American politics and has been affiliated with a number of top conservative organizations and publications, including the American Enterprise Institute, Heritage Foundation, Hoover Institution, and Policy Review. He also served as a policy advisor to President Ronald Reagan. D’Souza is the author of numerous New York Times best-selling books. He has also written prolifically on Christian apologetics and is a notable critic of New Atheism.

You can read all about Mr. D’Souza and his movie that is in theaters all across America here:

http://2016themovie.com/dinesh_d_souza/

With this mans education and journalistic references, only a closed minded mentally lazy individual would label him and refuse to hear his message before reading or watching the material he has all over the internet. Then again, that’s a huge problem we have in America, from one end to the other.

HOW I BECAME GEORGE OBAMA’S “BROTHER”

A few days ago I received a call from a man I recently met named George. He was a bit flustered, and soon informed me that his young son was sick with a chest condition. He pleaded with me to send him $1,000 to cover the medical bills. Since George was at the hospital I asked him to let me speak to a nurse, and she confirmed that George’s son was indeed ill. So I agreed to send George the money through Western Union. He was profusely grateful. But before I hung up I asked George, “Why are you coming to me?” He said, “I have no one else to ask.” Then he said something that astounded me, “Dinesh, you are like a brother to me.”

Actually, George has a real life brother who just happens to be the president of the United States. (George Obama is the youngest of eight children sired by Barack Obama Sr.) George’s brother is a multimillionaire and the most powerful man in the world. Moreover, George’s brother has framed his re-election campaign around the “fair share” theme that we owe obligations to those who are less fortunate.

One of Obama’s favorite phrases comes right out of the Bible: “We are our brother’s keeper.” Yet he has not contributed a penny to help his own brother. And evidently George does not believe, even in times of emergency, that he can turn to his brother in the White House for help.

So much for spreading the wealth around.

Obama’s refusal to help George is especially surprising because George doesn’t just live in American-style poverty but rather in Third World poverty. He lives in a shanty in the Huruma slum in Nairobi. He gets by on a few dollars a month. Obama also has an aunt named Hawa Auma, his father’s sister, who ekes out a living selling coal on the streets of a small village in Kenya. She says she would like to have her teeth fixed, but she cannot afford it. Obama hasn’t offered to help her either.

What’s going on here? Why is President Obama so hesitant to help family members in need? A couple of years ago, George teamed up with a British journalist Damien Lewis and the two of them published George’s story in a book called “Homeland.” Yet according to Lewis, shortly before the book’s publication in America, the publisher Simon & Schuster decided to shred the entire print run, more than 20,000 copies. Lewis tried unsuccessfully to get an explanation from Simon & Schuster but to no avail. He now suspects that the White House convinced Simon & Schuster that George’s story might prove embarrassing to the president.

In 2010, George also applied for a visa to come to the United States and was refused. While George confesses that in his younger years he was a delinquent, he has never been convicted of any crime. Moreover, he has a very good reason to visit the United States: his mother Jael Otieno lives in Atlanta. So why would the U. S. embassy in Nairobi refuse a tourist visa to the brother of the president who just wants to spend time with his mother?

In the past few days, an article has been circulating on the web that depicts George as a social undesirable. First published in the London Daily Mail, the article portrays George as a habitual drunk and philanderer. I spent a day with George this past February while interviewing him for my documentary film 2016: Obama’s America. I can attest that George is not an innocent. If he had been, he would not have survived life in the Huruma slum. Yes, George is street smart and cunning and I did smell alcohol on his breath.

But so what? George may be a drinker and a skirt-chaser but, as becomes clear from his book, he is also a survivor. He has overcome his past as a gang-member and petty thief and now works as the organizer of a slum soccer league. He is trying to uplift himself, and he is trying to help slum kids aspire to a better life. On balance, Lewis assures me, “George is not a bad guy. He is on the side of the angels.”

But even if Lewis is wrong, and George exhibits some harmful cultural pathologies, the liberal argument—one that Obama himself makes in his book “The Audacity of Hope” — is that the cultural pathologies of the poor are themselves the product of social disadvantage.

Barack Obama Jr. first met George in 1987, when George was five years old. He met George again in 2006 when he visited Kenya as a U.S. Senator from Illinois; George was then in his early twenties. Had Obama helped George along the way, perhaps this young man would not have ended up dirt-poor and living such a degraded life.

So what’s the real story here? Where’s George Obama’s “fair share”? George’s tragic situation exposes President Obama as a hypocrite. Here is a man who demands that others pay higher taxes to help the poor—even poor people who are not related to them—while Obama himself refuses to help a close relative like George.

Yet I believe there is a deeper explanation that goes beyond hypocrisy for why Obama wants nothing to do with George. After all, it would cost Obama so little to raise George out of poverty, and yet he won’t do it. This isn’t mere negligence; it suggests an active animus. The reason for that animus emerges in George’s book and also in my interview with George in the film 2016. In that interview, George rejects the anti-colonial philosophy that was espoused by Barack Obama Sr. This is the “dream from my father” that President Obama celebrates in his own autobiography. From the record of their lives and writings, it’s clear that Barack Obama Sr. and Barack Obama Jr. both share the anti-colonial view that blames Western colonial exploitation for the poverty and suffering of the Third World. Yet George doesn’t buy it. He observes that at the time of its independence in the early 1960s “Kenya was on an economic par with Malaysia or Singapore. Look where we are now, and where they are. They’re practically developed and industrialized, while Kenya is still a basket case.” George believes that poor countries should take responsibility for their own situation. “What’s our excuse for failure? We don’t have one. We’ve only got ourselves to blame.”

Incredible though it seems, George Obama is, within the context of his own society, a conservative. He doesn’t worship at the shrine of Barack Obama Sr. and he espouses an ideology diametrically opposed to that of his father and his famous brother. George has experienced first-hand the empty rhetoric of the two Baracks, and he rejects it based on his actual experience of Third World poverty.

No wonder President Obama despises George, doesn’t want him around, doesn’t care to hear George’s views circulated in America, and won’t lift a finger to help him even when George’s son is in the hospital.

So that’s why George Obama felt he had to call me. He had no one else to call. He reached out to me in his time of need because he felt he couldn’t call on his real life sibling living at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

That’s how I got to be, if only metaphorically and for a short time, George Obama’s “brother.”

The Justice Department won’t be pursuing criminal charges against Goldman Sachs or its employees over its “big short” on the housing market several years ago.

The department’s investigation began last year after Senators Carl Levin of Michigan and Tom Coburn of Oklahoma, a Democrat and a Republican, released the findings of a two-year inquiry by the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations into Goldman’s sales and trading practices.

At a press conference last year, Levin said he wanted prosecutors to examine whether Goldman violated the law by putting customers into disastrous mortgage bonds that it was shorting — without telling the customers about its short positions. Levin also said prosecutors should review whether Goldman officials who testified before the panel committed perjury, including Goldman’s chief executive, Lloyd Blankfein.

As Levin, the Senate panel’s chairman, said in an interview last year, it “is not for Congress to determine whether or not a crime was committed.” Rather, “that is for the Justice Department and that is for the SEC to make those determinations.” Separately, Goldman said yesterday the SEC had decided against pursuing further claims against the bank over its sales of subprime mortgage bonds. The SEC extracted a $550 million settlement from Goldman in 2010 over a deal called Abacus, which had a prominent role in the Levin-Coburn report.

The Senate panel’s hearing on Goldman in April 2010 marked one of those rare moments when lawmakers conducted an important inquiry that genuinely was a bipartisan, nonpartisan effort. All of them, especially Levin and Coburn, should take a bow for a public service well done.

Here’s the statement that Levin released today: August 10, 2012

Our investigation of the origins of the financial crisis revealed wrongdoing and failures among mortgage lenders, banking regulators, credit rating agencies and investment banks. One of those investment banks, Goldman Sachs, created complex securities that included `junk’ from its own inventory that it wanted to get rid of. It misled investors by claiming its interests in those securities were `aligned’ with theirs while at the same time it was betting heavily against those same securities, and therefore against its own clients, to its own substantial profit. Its actions did immense harm to its clients, and helped create the financial crisis that nearly plunged us into a second Great Depression.

Those are the facts the subcommittee found. Whether the decision by the Department of Justice is the product of weak laws or weak enforcement, Goldman Sachs’ actions were deceptive and immoral.

How convenient that Eileen Rominger, the former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) executive who joined the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission last year, will step down next month as head of the agency’s investment management unit. Rominger, who previously served as global chief investment officer for Goldman Sachs Asset Management, joined the SEC in February 2011 as one of the wealthiest people to ever work at the agency. She reported $57.5 million in income from Goldman Sachs in a disclosure form covering 2010 and 2011.

Perhaps she winds up some place that a subpoena can’t reach. Not that a Justice Department headed by Eric Holder (whom no one in his department would bring charges of lying to Congress) would press charges anyway.

The first thing you need to know about Goldman Sachs is that it’s everywhere. The world’s most powerful investment bank is a great vampire squid wrapped around the face of humanity, relentlessly jamming its blood funnel into anything that smells like money. In fact, the history of the recent financial crisis, which doubles as a history of the rapid decline and fall of the suddenly swindled dry American empire, reads like a Who’s Who of Goldman Sachs graduates.

By now, most of us know the major players.

As George Bush’s last Treasury secretary, former Goldman CEO Henry Paulson was the architect of the bailout, a suspiciously self-serving plan to funnel trillions of Your Dollars to a handful of his old friends on Wall Street.

Robert Rubin, Bill Clinton’s former Treasury secretary, spent 26 years at Goldman before becoming chairman of Citigroup — which in turn got a $300 billion taxpayer bailout from Paulson.

There’s John Thain, the chief of Merrill Lynch who bought an $87,000 area rug for his office as his company was imploding; a former Goldman banker, Thain enjoyed a multi billion dollar handout from Paulson, who used billions in taxpayer funds to help Bank of America rescue Thain’s sorry company.

And Robert Steel, the former Goldmanite head of Wachovia, scored himself and his fellow executives $225 million in golden parachute payments as his bank was selfdestructing.

There’s Joshua Bolten, Bush’s chief of staff during the bailout, and Mark Patterson, the current Treasury chief of staff, who was a Goldman lobbyist just a year ago, and Ed Liddy, the former Goldman director whom Paulson put in charge of bailed out insurance giant AIG, which forked over $13 billion to Goldman after Liddy came on board.

The heads of the Canadian and Italian national banks are Goldman alums, as is the head of the World Bank, the head of the New York Stock Exchange, the last two heads of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York — which, incidentally, is now in charge of overseeing Goldman.

But then, any attempt to construct a narrative around all the former Goldmanites in influential positions quickly becomes an absurd and pointless exercise, like trying to make a list of everything. What you need to know is the big picture: If America is circling the drain, Goldman Sachs has found a way to be that drain — an extremely unfortunate loophole in the system of Western democratic capitalism, which never foresaw that in a society governed passively by free markets and free elections, organized greed always defeats disorganized democracy.

The bank’s unprecedented reach and power have enabled it to turn all of America into a giant pump and dump scam, manipulating whole economic sectors for years at a time, moving the dice game as this or that market collapses, and all the time gorging itself on the unseen costs that are breaking families everywhere — high gas prices, rising consumer credit rates, half eaten pension funds, mass layoffs, future taxes to pay off bailouts.

All that money that you’re losing, it’s going somewhere, and in both a literal and a figurative sense, Goldman Sachs is where it’s going: The bank is a huge, highly sophisticated engine for converting the useful, deployed wealth of society into the least useful, most wasteful and insoluble substance on Earth — pure profit for rich individuals.

They achieve this using the same playbook over and over again. The formula is relatively simple: Goldman positions itself in the middle of a speculative bubble, selling investments they know are crap. Then they hoover up vast sums from the middle and lower floors of society with the aid of a crippled and corrupt state that allows it to rewrite the rules in exchange for the relative pennies the bank throws at political patronage.

Finally, when it all goes bust, leaving millions of ordinary citizens broke and starving, they begin the entire process over again, riding in to rescue us all by lending us back our own money at interest, selling themselves as men above greed, just a bunch of really smart guys keeping the wheels greased. They’ve been pulling this same stunt over and over since the 1920s — and now they’re preparing to do it again, creating what may be the biggest and most audacious bubble yet.

If you want to understand how we got into this financial crisis, you have to first understand where all the money went — and in order to understand that, you need to understand what Goldman has already gotten away with. It is a history exactly five bubbles long — including last year’s strange and seemingly inexplicable spike in the price of oil. There were a lot of losers in each of those bubbles, and in the bailout that followed. But Goldman wasn’t one of them. Check out The Great American Bubble Machine by Matt Taibbi at http://peakwatch.typepad.com/goldman_taibbi.pdf

Lou Pritchett is one of corporate America’s true living legends— a former P & G executive, an acclaimed author, a dynamic teacher, and one of the world’s most highly rated speakers. It was he who changed the way America does business by creating an audacious concept that came to be known as “Partnering.”

Here is part of a speech given by Lou Pritchett April 15, 2012

I was born in “year two” of the Great Depression (1931) and spent the first 10 years of my life influenced by the extreme hardships of the Depression. By today’s standards my family was about a mile below today’s so called ‘poverty level’; but if you never ‘had’—doing without was not so ‘bad.’ Borrowing shoes to graduate from the 8th grade didn’t seem at all demeaning because most of the 8th graders did the same thing.

In June 1944, my only brother, Joe, was killed in action on Utah Beach in Normandy, France during the D-Day landings. Exactly one year later, my father died and left me, my mother, and my sister to go it alone. And alone we went. My mother went to work at a department store, my sister dropped out of school and joined her and I went to work shining shoes on the streets of Memphis for a dime a shine. Government assistance was not available and if it were I am confident my mother would have refused it because she never wanted the government involved in our lives.

I mention this bit of personal history to help you understand that Millions of Americans, including your parents and grandparents, grew up like me during the Great Depression and never expected nor wanted the government to offer them anything other than an opportunity…. and now; to see what Obama is trying to do to our country tends to make you crazy.

As some of you know, my “Scare Me” letter went viral with millions of hits on the Internet during the past 3 years. I have now written a “Follow-up” letter” which I will now share with you. It will be released to the press tomorrow morning.”

“In April 2009, I sent President Obama and the New York Times a Letter titled “You Scare Me” because, as a candidate, he promised to “fundamentally transform America.”

Now, after observing his performance for over three years, he no longer scares me— he terrifies me for the following reasons:

FIRST– He has done more to damage America’s standing in the World, to lower the standard of living in America, to impoverish future generations and to shake our faith in the country’s future than any other American president in history.

SECOND– With a compliant Democrat congress, a lapdog media, and a weak, almost nonexistent Republican opposition; he has shattered the America’s dream of job security, home ownership and rugged individualism for millions of Americans and has poisoned and divided our civil society with his politics of envy, class warfare, race warfare, and religious warfare which he is using as fundamental building blocks for his socialist agenda.

THIRD– Culturally, he remains totally out of touch with traditional American values. This has absolutely nothing to do with race or where he was born, rather it has everything to do with where, how and with whom he was raised, schooled, educated, trained and associates with still today.

FOURTH– He has surrounded himself with naive academicians, lawyers, politicians, bureaucrats and socialist leaning czars who arrogantly think and behave exactly as he does. People who offer no balanced suggestions or devil’s advocate positions…. think in lock step with him that big government is the answer to all our problems.

FIFTH– He not only encourages but aids and abets the unionization of all American industry…. the albatross around the neck of the free market. In turn, they provide the money and muscle to intimidate his opponents.

SIXTH– He has increased the national debt by over 30% in just three years. If re-elected and this rate of increase continues, America will be burdened with an unsustainable 20 trillion dollar debt which will result in the Country’s financial death. Recovery will be impossible —- America will be the Greece of 2016.

SEVENTH– Given his fanatical beholding to the environmental and ‘man-caused’ global warming fringe, he has deliberately discouraged U.S. fossil fuel exploration and production while wasting millions of tax payer dollars on solar, wind and algae experiments. He refuses to accept that oil, gas and coal are not America’s enemies, they are America’s assets which, properly managed, could make us energy independent within a generation.

EIGHTH– He views the U.S. as a power in retreat which abused its World dominance. Therefore he systematically apologizes round the world. Last March he whispered to Russian President Medvedev “–this is my last election. After my election, I have more flexibility.” Just what is the secret that Obama and Putin are concealing from the American people until after the election? With what other leaders has he made similar secret agreements?

NINTH— Finally, after all his miss-steps, bad decision making, poor management, and zero leadership, the fact that he has the audacity to seek re-election should terrify every American.

I predict that if re-elected, future historians and political interpreters will look back at the eight year period 2008-2016, and conclude “the 44th President of the U.S. allowed the takers to overpower the payers which resulted in the greatest economy in history vanishing from the face of the Earth.”

Farewell America, the World will really miss you!

Lou Pritchett April 15, 2012

Any guesses as to who supports Omar al-Bashir? That’s right, the Muslim Brotherhood. If Childers is right – remember, he’s been on the ground there for well over a decade – it would seem that Kony is a small fish in a big Muslim Brotherhood pond.

Genocidal Sudanese regime’s appointment to UN human rights council all but certain, watchdog says!

The election of a Sudanese warlord, Omar Al-Bashir accused of genocide to the United Nations Human Rights Council is now virtually guaranteed, since he has the full backing of the world body’s African delegation.
The International Criminal Court has issued a warrant for Omar Al-Bashir — its first ever for a sitting head of state — for crimes against humanity he allegedly committed in Darfur. Yet, his regime is set to take its place on the panel, in the latest bizarre appointment to make a mockery of the UN’s human rights credibility, according to critics.
WHO IS OMAR AL-BASHIR?
Remember when Hillary Clinton pledged a few million US taxpayer dollars to an African Nation to hunt down a “Warlord”? That was part of a $54 million dollar package approved by the Pentagon. http://www.wboc.com/story/19175057/more-military-aid-to-africa-as-terrorism-increases
The Warlord that Hillary wants to track down is named Joseph Kony – his financial backer is OMAR AL-BASHIR!
The Obama administration’s decision to send 100 special forces personnel into Uganda last year coincided with the release of another film, which starred Gerard Butler as Sam Childers in ‘Machine Gun Preacher.’ Childers’ story is real. Once a very bad guy, Childers was saved and became a Christian. His mission soon became helping the children of Sudan. He continues to do so after 14 years. Watch youtube clip of movie here:

<object width=”560″ height=”315″><param name=”movie” value=”http://www.youtube.com/v/DCvGL_sfxOM?version=3&amp;hl=en_US&amp;rel=0″></param><param name=”allowFullScreen” value=”true”></param><param name=”allowscriptaccess” value=”always”></param><embed src=”http://www.youtube.com/v/DCvGL_sfxOM?version=3&amp;hl=en_US&amp;rel=0″ type=”application/x-shockwave-flash” width=”560″ height=”315″ allowscriptaccess=”always” allowfullscreen=”true”></embed></object>

After the release of Kony 2012, the real Sam Childers released a video in response. In it, he lauded the idea of going after Joseph Kony but also pointed to the man he says is responsible for funding the murderous warlord – Omar al-Bashir, the president of Sudan. According to Childers, Kony is just a “small part of the problem” and that Al-Bashir is the much bigger problem. Childers was interviewed back in 2007; this is what he said then:

“Our area is almost all Christian people and the LRA is financed by the Arabs of the north… so the Arabs are the Muslims so it’s basically a holy war inside of our area. This man (Kony) is just out to kill every Christian he can kill in south Sudan and also in Northern Uganda… He’s being financed… it’s been proved for many, many years that the Arabs of the northern Sudan ok, which is Muslims, they have been financing this man for many, many years.”

Any guesses as to who supports Omar al-Bashir? That’s right, the Muslim Brotherhood. If Childers is right – remember, he’s been on the ground there for well over a decade – it would seem that Kony is a small fish in a big Muslim Brotherhood pond.
That brings us back to Hillary Clinton, who also said the following while in Uganda:
“We have to figure out how to work with all the countries where he and his criminal bands are perhaps hiding. We have to put our heads together to find out what additional equipment and support you need to lead this effort to rid the world of this terrible man and his criminal behavior,” Clinton said.
Perhaps some of Kony’s criminal bands aren’t hiding at all. Perhaps Mrs. Clinton should take an even tougher stance with Omar al-Bashir. Then again, that would require a tougher stance with the Muslim Brotherhood, an entity Hillary seems to be increasingly comfortable with.
HILLARY AND THE U.N. with The Muslim Brotherhood – What a team!

Life in the “Good old USA” as we once knew it is done, finito, gone – but not forgotten! It is still so fresh in our minds that we long for yesterday!

This is exactly what Osama Bin Laden wanted when his Al-Queda terrorists crashed airplanes into the financial center of America and the Pentagon. Total disruption and death to the infidels. Like horses on the plain when wolves attack, Congress reluctantly assembled into a circle and with their heads together started kicking. Unfortunately, along with their constituents, they morphed into mules (asses). The asses then backed into a circle and began kicking themselves while braying wildly to the awakened masses how they intended to fend off impending crisis. The new goal for all freedom and prosperity loving Americans should be to Get The ASSES Out of DC! I think the symbolism speaks for itself.

Why does everything have to be a reboot these days?

“In a world where the greedy exploit the lazy… one handful of idealists… will make a stand… with symbolic gestures of their dissent. From the director of Southern Secession, and the producer of The Flower Power Movement, comes this summer’s biggest action thrill ride. Coming soon to a political theater near you-

“1776: Reborn”

Starring pension worried retirees in Dr. Seuss hats and partially informed trustafarians, with the day off… and an IRON FISTFUL of grammatically incorrect handwritten posters.

This summer, slap on those bumper stickers,

Blog from the rooftops,

and remember…

YOU’VE GOTTA FIGHT

(dun dun)

FOR YOUR RIGHT

(da nana)

TO TEA PAAAAAAAAARTAAAAY!!!!!

The murmurs begin 7/4/2012

The reason the Founding Fathers were successful in their plight was because they assessed their enemy, found its flaw, and exploited it. They used guerilla warfare to defeat an enemy who lined up to fight. Anyone who wishes to truly make a change must not look to repeat the past, but look instead to create a better future with an honest and thorough assesment of our present situation.

Remember, consumer support is the biggest source of power the people have in today’s world. If the corporations control the government, it is the corporations who must be weakened enough to become dislodged from our government. Forget doom and gloom. The real revolt should be against the credit system, lobbyists, special interest groups, OUTSOURCING, and the lack of American production.

Today, we not only face evil, but outright fraud and corruption at the hands of our own elected leaders. (Global warming scams, Go Green, the EPA) We face unchecked greed. We face one big bad idea that gets perpetually worse, and worse, and is allowed to just keep snowballing for the short term benefit of those who are empowered by the dollars we give them.

It is time for us to recognize the causes of our problems, rather than try to fight their effects. It is time to put truth in vogue, and do away with anything that hampers it; political correctitude and social niceties be damned.

I implore you to remember that no matter how far down any path one may travel, at any point, they may turn themselves right around, and come back home. It’s not too late. Its just going to take some hard work. I’m still proud to be an American citizen, but I’m disappointed in the direction our last congress has taken us against the majorities wishes! Just knowing the people will come together and overwhelm bad politicians again in 2012 makes me proud to be part of the effort!
